About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Loacker team as a Digital Sales Channel Strategist. As a key member of our New Channels team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital sales channel strategies to achieve sales and volume objectives
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing areas to ensure alignment with the digital marketing plan
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures, product assortment, and promotional plans to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations, and maximize the Loacker UI/UX experience
  • Support consumer service by highlighting new automated flows and providing information to solve e-com issues
  • Act as primary interface for logistics department and third-party services, and monitor inventory levels
Requirements
  • E-commerce evangelist with a degree in economics, business management, and/or marketing
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, with previous experience in project management
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, CMS, or similar analytics tools
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (ideally SAP) and PIM systems (Product Information Management)
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with German as a plus
