About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Loacker team as a Digital Sales Channel Strategist. As a key member of our New Channels team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Work closely with our logistics department and third-party services to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, informing our product assortment and pricing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving digital sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with German a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, and other relevant analytics tools
