E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Specialist (w/m/d) - Global Digital Commerce Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our global Digital Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global digital commerce and merchandising strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with local markets to ensure successful end-to-end execution of digital sales channels.
  • Identify and implement best practices and guidelines for local markets to support commercial success and business objectives.
  • Deliver operational consultancy and support to local teams in sales and merchandising areas.
  • Collaborate with internal global teams to drive progression and empower local channel management and execution.
  • Maximize the exploitation of digital sales tools and platforms to guarantee ROI and adoption.
  • Project manage initiatives to evolve existing digital commerce and merchandizing activities.

Requirements:

  • Economics degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantages).
  • Commercially driven, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Sales, operations, marketing, and online channel management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong personality, proactive, and with good organizational skills.
  • Highly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus.
