Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Job Summary:

The De'Longhi Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of our HR systems, ensuring their smooth operation and correct usage by our key users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support & Training:
    • Provide support to key users on HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for key users on HRIS modules.
    • Monitor and resolve issues with our external maintenance service.
  • Data Maintenance:
    • Perform regular data control and cleaning activities.
    • Support data entry processes for HRIS modules.
    • Manage large imports and data migrations.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop and prepare standard and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
    • Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources using Ingentis.
  • Interfaces Management and System Configuration:
    • Maintain system configuration, including business rules, workflows, approvers, and permission groups.
    • Monitor and maintain interfaces linked to Pulse (payroll and other IT systems).
  • Organization and Processes:
    • Participate in new projects, such as implementing new modules or functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in Economy, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, preferably as a project manager, analyst, or specialist.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
  • Experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades, and patches is a plus.

Capabilities:

  • Proficiency with Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite).
  • Proficiency with Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills applicable to large data sets.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
