Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Job Summary:

The De'Longhi Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of our HR systems, ensuring their smooth operation and correct usage by our key users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support & Training:
    • Provide support to key users on HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.
    • Offer training to key users on HRIS modules.
    • Develop and maintain training materials for HRIS modules.
  • Data Maintenance:
    • Perform regular data control and data cleaning activities.
    • Support data entry processes for HRIS modules.
    • Manage massive imports as needed.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop and prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting based on HR KPIs.
    • Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources using Ingentis.
  • Interfaces Management and System Configuration:
    • Maintain system configuration, including business rules, workflow, approvers, and permission groups.
    • Monitor and maintain interfaces linked to Pulse (payroll and other IT systems).
    • Participate in the continuous development, adoption, testing, and maintenance of HR systems.
  • Organization and Processes:
    • Participate in new projects, such as implementing new modules and/or functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in Economy, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS as a project manager, analyst, or specialist in a company or consultancy firm.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Employee Central module.
  • Experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades, and patches is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Problem-solving and customer care approach.
  • Critical thinking.

Capabilities:

  • Proficiency with Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite).
  • Main focus on Excel, with comfort using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills applicable to large data sets.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
