Job Summary

The De'Longhi Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of our HR systems, ensuring their smooth operation and correct usage by our key users.

Main Responsibilities

- Support & Training:
Provide expert support to our key users on the HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in the system.
Collaborate with our maintenance service to resolve technical issues.
- Data Maintenance:
Conduct regular data quality checks and cleaning activities.
Support data entry processes and manage large imports as needed.
- Data Analytics:
Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR KPIs.
Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources using Ingentis.
- Interfaces Management and System Configuration:
Maintain system configuration, including business rules, workflows, approvers, and permission groups.
Monitor and maintain interfaces linked to Pulse, including payroll and other IT systems.
- Organization and Processes:
Participate in new projects, such as implementing new modules or functionalities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, preferably in a project management or analyst role.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module.
- Experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades, and patches is a plus.

Skills

- Proficiency in Office Automation tools, including Office and Google Suite.
- Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Fluent English language skills.
