Job Summary:

The HRIS Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of HR systems, ensuring their proper functioning and correct usage by key users at the group level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Maintenance: Regular data control and cleaning activities, as well as support for data entry processes as needed.
  • Data Analytics: Develops and prepares standard and ad-hoc reporting with HR KPIs based on business requirements.
  • Interfaces Management and System Configuration: Maintenance of business rules, workflow, approvers, permission groups, and monitoring of interfaces linked to Pulse.
  • Organization and Processes: Participate in the continuous development, adoption, testing, and maintenance of HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite)
  • Main focus on Excel: comfortable with complex formulas such as vlookup, indexmatch, ifthenelse, pivot tables, etc.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills applicable to large data sets
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
