About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Application Engineer to join our Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the SPIR first supply process, minimizing WF requests made to the Engineering department, and ensuring the quality and completeness of the Asset Spare Parts Database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SPIR first supply process, including reviewing customer specifications, supporting technical alignment, and answering clarification questions.
  • Minimize WF requests made to the Engineering department by analyzing customer and ComOps queries related to parts obsolescence, new material requirements, and other technical issues.
  • Assure the quality and completeness of the Asset Spare Parts Database.
  • Deal with multiple organizations, both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Technical degree (high school or university degree)
  • Good knowledge of English written and spoken
  • Ability to manage technical drawings and Part Lists
  • At least 3 years' experience in a technical department
  • Ability to manage and measure programs/processes (action items, scheduling, metrics)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
