About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. (fka Silverstar S.r.l.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day engineering support to ensure the highest level of service and contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results.
  • Enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system, working with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.
  • Data scrubbing, update, and maintenance.
  • Data Analysis / Analytics.
  • Pull reporting/generate new reports regularly and on case-by-case basis.
  • Leads follow up.
  • Samples management.
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Native Italian level.
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management.
  • Basic Project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • French language is a nice to have.
