We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Institutional Division team at Ecolab. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including market research, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights in the Institutional industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, including sales data, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • 6 months internship, 800€ per month + ticket lunch 9€.
