Job Title: Night Auditor Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor Supervisor to join our team at Anantara. As a Night Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office during night hours, including guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage room assignments, including allocating rooms to guests and ensuring that rooms are prepared for occupancy.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the night, including guest complaints and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including room charges and payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or night audit role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
