Job Title: Lead Cleaning Field Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Cleaning Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Lead Cleaning Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting all cleaning teams through coaching, work, or schedule guidance and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and training to other team members as directed by the General Manager
  • Re-route customers/adjust schedules and place calls to customers when necessary
  • Perform quality assurance inspections as directed
  • Starting/assisting in laundry management
  • Mix cleaning solutions as needed
  • Repair equipment (vacuums) as needed, or recommend replacement to the General Manager
  • Basic vehicle maintenance (filling fluids, changing tires, jump-starting vehicles when necessary)
  • Fielding call center information and directing to the correct team when necessary
  • Provide recommendations on staffing and training as necessary or observed

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn the company's methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
  • A team player – you'll work with a partner each day to clean homes
  • A hard worker – this is a physical job
  • Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail
  • A good driver with a valid license without restrictions
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Willing to submit to a national background check
