As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the implementation of our new ERP system, Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities:

* Support the implementation of the new ERP system (Microsoft D365)
* Oversee accurate order processing after the Customer Service PO Review
* Support the Customer Service department with Credit, Debit processing and recording of goods receipt and with Receivables related tasks
* Work with the Customer Service team in the Quotation process
* Input accurate information into MS Excel spreadsheets and/or system, and upload into SharePoint as required
* Maintain departmental file systems so that information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently
* Participate in departmental assignments to maximize department efficiency
* Handle mailing of administrative paperwork; answer telephone and handle inquiries
* Communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner with Customer Service and sales staff
* Support routine office administration tasks

Requirements:

* Completed a University Degree or High School Diploma with a first similar experience
* Good knowledge of main Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel; some experience/knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta would be a plus
* Effective communicator with people at all levels of the business
* Driven, enthusiastic, autonomous and self-motivated
* Fluent English both verbally and in writing
