Role Overview
As a Beauty Consultant, you will serve as the expert for our brands, delivering a warm, genuine, and personalized shopping experience to meet all customer service and sales objectives. Your goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys a distinctive and inspiring in-store experience, offering advice and promoting new products to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed client expectations and maintain a high standard of service both in-store and online;
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of the brand and its offerings;
- Independently manage sales across all categories in-store to enhance the customer experience;
- Focus on achieving and surpassing individual and team sales targets;
- Meet CRM goals and adhere to guidelines to foster customer loyalty;
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively in accordance with company policies;
- Organize visual merchandising materials and prepare displays following ELC standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or relevant certifications in the beauty sector;
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferably in beauty);
- Exceptional service skills, capable of providing personalized recommendations and building customer relationships;
- Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly luxury cosmetics;
- Collaborative mindset with colleagues to achieve sales objectives;
- Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus.
