Profile: A Sales Consultant who is energetic, adaptable, and committed to Customer Satisfaction. Play a vital role in the team's achievements by actively engaging in reaching targets. Enthusiastic about Retail and the Beauty sector.

Responsibilities: As a Cosmetics Consultant at Sephora, a leading Beauty Community, you will:

  • Guarantee that customers enjoy a distinctive and unforgettable shopping experience, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and expertly guided.
  • Deliver tailored consultations that cater to each customer's unique preferences.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations.
  • Contribute to meeting store objectives (budgets and targets) by adapting to new strategies and action plans established by management.
  • Oversee and organize stock and deliveries.
  • Promote a strong team dynamic by collaborating with colleagues and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in similar positions (Sales Associate, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), ideally in fast-paced multinational retail settings.
  • Familiarity with essential commercial KPIs.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven approach.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
