The Role

You will be the authority for our brands, delivering a welcoming, genuine, and tailored shopping experience to meet all customer service and sales objectives. You will ensure that each customer enjoys a distinctive and inspiring in-store experience, offering advice and showcasing new products to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Performance Areas

Meet clients' expectations and maintain a high standard of service both in-store and online; Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Brand and its offerings; Independently manage sales across all categories in-store to enhance the customer experience; Strive to achieve and surpass individual and team goals; Attain CRM objectives and adhere to guidelines to boost customer loyalty; Address all customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively in line with company policies; Organize visual merchandising materials and arrange displays according to ELC standards. Qualifications

Requirements

High School Diploma and/or relevant Certifications in the beauty sector; Prior experience in retail or guest services (preferably in beauty); High Touch level of service, capable of providing personalized recommendations and building customer relationships; Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly luxury cosmetics; Collaborative spirit with colleagues to achieve sales objectives; Proficiency in Italian; English is considered an advantage.
