The Role

We are seeking an HR/Payroll Administrative professional to join our team. As an HR/Payroll Administrative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll and other administrative tasks supporting employee lifecycle (new hires, changes, terminations, absences, vacations)
  • Providing information and answering payroll, vacations, and related questions
  • Supporting in some HR operational tasks (health and safety, contract renewals, legal procedures, among others)
  • Supporting in recruitment processes: develop and update job descriptions, screen candidates' resumes, and conduct interviews
  • Supporting our Onboarding process and working closely with our team to implement new ideas and solutions

You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless employee experience and provide support in day-to-day situations.


You

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual who is passionate about HR/Payroll and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to deal sensitively with confidential issues, and have a sense of urgency.

You should also have knowledge of Italian labor law and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
