A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Marketing & Pricing Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability through effective market research, analysis, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's global division strategy, value proposition, and cost/profit considerations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Management to develop local pricing guidelines, product price positioning, and price list creation.
  • Share pricing knowledge and best practices throughout the organization to drive increased profitability.
  • Support the development of a sustainable process to gather pricing data in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Management Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products, with a focus on drives, motors, and PLC products.
  • Strategic thinking, customer focus, pricing excellence orientation, personal leadership, and strong result orientation.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
