* Effectively handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary
* Ensure high standard of shop floor and visual display, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
* Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product thefts

Requirements:

* Fluent spoken Italian and English, with other languages desirable
* Passion for human relations and sales
* Problem-solving, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design
* Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients
* Ability to work in a team and alone
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
