  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial resources and business growth in the medium to long term.
  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, make medium to long-term forecasts and projections, and identify business expansion opportunities.
  • Supervise the preparation of all administrative and financial reports, ensuring direct communication with shareholders, the parent company, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data by maintaining contact with auditors, accounting firms, tax consultants, and lawyers.
  • Compare sales and profit projections, cash flow, and budgeted expenses, and coordinate with other company functions to identify priorities for intervention.
  • Analyze the company's operational activities to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of business that need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated.
  • Supervise the collection of financial resources, operating with banks or funds to ensure the additional capital needed to support the company's growth plans.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, programs, and projects for business development.
  • Supervise administrative functions directly, holding regular meetings with department heads, providing guidance and direction.
  • Establish short, medium, and long-term policies and objectives for the function.
  • Evaluate direct reports, ensuring their development.
