We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outlet Manager to join our team at Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for leading the F&B operations and team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Fluent English and intermediate Italian language skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
