Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Operations Specialist to join our vibrant Affiliate Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing merchants' visibility and promotional information on our websites, liaising with Affiliate Networks, and analyzing data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchant Management: Manage merchants' visibility on all sections of our Italian, French, and Spanish App and Website, ensuring seamless communication with Account Management, Marketing, and Onboarding Teams.
  • Promotional Information Management: Ensure merchants' promotional information is always up-to-date and accurately displayed on our websites and app.
  • Asset Management: Manage the display of merchants' assets on our Website and App, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Promotional Banners Management: Manage promotional banners on all sections of our Italian, French, and Spanish App and Website, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Support in sales analysis and optimization of partner visibility in all relevant sections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Affiliate Network Liaison: Liaise with Affiliate Networks to highlight relevant issues, such as tracking issues, rejections, and advertiser performance.
  • Conversion Tracking and Streamlining: Track merchants' conversion rates and streamline promotional activities to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Activity Management: Support in managing marketing activities of affiliates on our APP and Website, optimizing performances with a revenue-driven approach.
  • Initiative Development: Brainstorm, suggest, and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, creating new growth opportunities and increasing ROI.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online advertising.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
