Tasks and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- A BS/BA in a relevant field or an advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Ideally, 2-5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or RPO setting.
- Experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles, with the flexibility to support other key business areas as needed.
- A highly motivated individual with a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with various recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, or Talent Networks (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and/or Talent Analytic Systems).
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
