About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our iconic Hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive business results and enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, operational learning, and management development
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify performance gaps and develop solutions
  • Manage and facilitate training activities, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service environment
  • Experience in adult education or a similar environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to coach and influence others

Schedule and Hours

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a regular term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian.
