Job Summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Siena. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing tender activities, customer service, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Management: Monitor and manage tender publication alerts, submit pre-qualification information, and maintain up-to-date tender authority platforms.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and manage sales e-invoices submission.
  • Order Fulfillment: Support the Business Operations Team in tracking order status, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Law
  • Good understanding of Italy's healthcare system, public procurement legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • English language intermediate level (at least) – Fluent in speaking
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office pack, Power BI, web sites, and platforms
