**Job Description:**
The Artificial Intelligence Proposition Lead is a key role that spans across strategic and operational activities related to growing a portfolio of AI services in an evolving market.
This challenging position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of an AI proposition cycle, from creative idea generation until go-to-market.
You will collaborate with various professionals, including Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, Customer Solutions, Operations, and Data Scientists, both locally and globally.
This customer-facing role requires a creative mindset, strong client orientation, and ability to plan a roadmap according to a specific methodology.
You will continue the momentum already created in sales and service development and take it to the next level by looking to grow current and new capabilities and further improve our end-to-end client engagement model.
In particular, the focus will be on AI propositions based on traditional and alternative data to produce scores and attributes to boost different Insights.
You will manage the go-to-market process from the original idea until launch or support the scaling and evolution of existing AI solutions.
The Data capabilities areas are related to: Scores and Attributes Analytics as a Service (Ascend Sandbox and Convex)
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics, or similar subjects • 4-6 years' experience in product and business management/analytics consultancy in areas such as lending, FinTech, analytics services, and credit management in financial institutions • Appreciated experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, WPS, SAS, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI • Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in the industry • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
