About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade marketing initiatives
  • Provide strategic input into the situation analysis of the consumer, trade, and business issues and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Act as a champion for the Italian on- and off-trade, providing strategy and guidance for channel-related themes to the Trade Marketing Team and other functions in the organization
  • Lead and inspire the B-F Italia Trade Marketing team, consisting of 3 direct reports and 2 Brand Ambassadors
Requirements
  • Demonstrable commercial experience (marketing, sales, or trade marketing) of which at least 2 years to include people management responsibilities
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering brand & channel growth in a highly competitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures
  • Fluent Italian & English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 30% of the time
