We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stryker Group in Italy. This role will involve working closely with our Interventional Spine product team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding key competitors and their relative strengths and weaknesses, as well as identifying critical customer needs and preferences. You will also provide customer feedback to marketing leadership and aid in the construction of the marketing plan.

Gaining a deep understanding of customer groups, including why customers buy our products or services, is essential to this role. You will also be expected to provide customer feedback, support sales training initiatives, and understand applicable products and product lines. Additionally, you will be required to track existing KPIs and report back to the organization.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related field, 1-2 years of work experience in the healthcare sector, and fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also highly desirable.
