Job Description

This part-time (21 hours per week) position involves assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and journal entries. You will also be responsible for booking and reconciling company credit cards, employees' travel expenses, and reimbursements. Additionally, you will support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Genya software is a plus
  • Understanding of accounting principles and standards (IT GAAP/US GAAP is a plus)
  • Fluent/good English language skills (spoken and written)
Benefits

This temporary contract (12 months with the possibility of extension) offers a market-competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 based on industry standards and the location.
