Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Relations team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead the implementation of new digital solutions and technologies to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure the best payment experience across the store
- Manage and develop a team of customer-facing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent English and Italian language skills
