About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our Customer Relations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of department goals and ensure that action plans align with country priorities.
  • Guarantee an Omni Payment Experience by maintaining a well-equipped and efficient checkout area with all payment solutions available.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to provide the best payment experience throughout the store.
  • Lead the implementation of new digital solutions and ensure all functions are involved in a timely manner for a successful rollout.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed to maintain the security of money handling.
  • Monitor queuing policy and waiting times in the checkout area and take action to meet agreed goals.
  • Work with the People Planning department to ensure the right number of competent colleagues are in the right place at the right time.
  • Develop a growth mindset and customer-focused culture within the team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to ensure a succession plan is in place.
