Ricerciamo un addetto servizi generali e travel assistant per un'azienda americana finanziaria con sede a Milano.
Il contratto è di somministrazione di 12 mesi, con un orario di lavoro full time da lunedì a venerdì.
Le attività principali saranno:
- Gestione delle richieste di viaggio per i dipendenti, dalla prenotazione dei voli e degli hotel alla gestione dei visti e delle autorizzazioni.
- Organizzazione di meeting e eventi, dalla prenotazione delle sale alla gestione dei catering.
- Gestione della posta e delle consegne.
- Supporto generale all'ufficio, come la gestione delle attrezzature e dei materiali.
- Collaborazione con i fornitori e i partner.
