Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Coordinator provides crucial assistance to the Elnòs Shopping Centre Team, enabling them to succeed in their roles and collaborate effectively with partners. The ideal candidate should participate in various business projects and initiatives that foster a positive team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate informational flow in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Lead and participate in projects and assignments that support the Shopping Centre's purpose.
  • Provide administrative support by organising meetings, preparing agendas, and creating presentations.
  • Secure updated distribution lists, common folders, and access to various systems.
  • Manage incoming questions and requests, both internal and external.
  • Ensure good performance of devices, tools, and office appearance.

Requirements:

  • Formal registration as a Protected Category as required by L.68/99 art. 1.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or customer service, preferably in an international business environment.
  • Good ability to manage a huge amount of data using Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and support skills.
  • Precision, reliability, and time management.
  • Motivated by being part of a team and collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Contractual Information:

Full-time (40h weekly) contract with Ingka Centre.
