About the Role
The Named Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region, providing ongoing support to product distribution channels, and cultivating new Enterprise-level client accounts. This role requires a strong knowledge of customer service best practices, flexibility, and a goal-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adhere to business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast and track sales in the region, conducting analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services.
- Cultivate new Enterprise-level client accounts and maintain existing account relationships to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct research into potential new clients to develop effective sales strategies.
- Facilitate a high-profile presence in the market through the development of long-term client relationships/partnerships.
- Utilize existing industry contacts and clients to promote OneStream products and services.
- Develop comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQs.
- Lead the team in OneStream product knowledge and industry knowledge/trends.
Qualifications
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (specialization in sales preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a senior sales representative or a related occupation specifically in B2B selling across Enterprise level.
- Prior sales experience within the CPM/EPM/Financial Management Software or Analytics Industry is preferred.
- Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
- Exceptional oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/services.
- Knowledge and experience with marketing/sales strategy and tactics.
- Knowledge of administration, business, and management principles.
- Experience with MS Office, Customer Relationship Management software, and other analytical or project management tools.
- Extensive experience working in a team environment.
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
