Job Summary:
The Industry Channel Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the assigned industry. This role will involve developing and maintaining business plans, creating account plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business plans for assigned partners to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Create account plans for assigned partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Group Channel to define account plans for cross-industry partners and deploy partner programs and pricing policies.
- Sign contracts with assigned partners and manage contractual-related issues.
- Involve industry-specific partners to develop and manage end-user-related opportunities with Key Account Managers/Sales Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Group Channel to pull cross-industry partners to follow opportunities within the industry.
- Work with Field Marketing to organize events, exhibitions, partner meetings, and roadshows to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to implement training and product launches to partners.
- Monitor partner performances (QBR, sales, service level, etc.).
- Search and select new partners to drive business expansion.
- Main organizational interfaces: Sales, Application Engineer, Industry Marketing, Group Channel Organization, Customer Service, Field Marketing, Business Process Improvement.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Economics or Engineering.
- 5+ years of seniority in a similar role with extensive experience in the industry and in auto ID.
