Primary Functions: Provide exceptional member experiences through a consultative, empathetic, and personalized service approach, both in person and via phone. Accurately execute requested transactions and member service activities while proactively identifying opportunities and recommending financial products and services tailored to member needs. Contribute to the growth of the organization by achieving individual, branch, and business line objectives through cross-selling initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively engage with current and prospective members to foster a positive experience that aligns with the organization's values and culture. Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, and courteous service during every interaction. Strengthen member relationships through in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, executing engagement strategies through face-to-face conversations, relationship calling, and referrals to other business lines. Utilize a consultative approach and resources such as the Member Vision Plan to devise solutions that enhance members' financial well-being. Guarantee accuracy and completion of all transactions and service requests as outlined in performance standards. Efficiently onboard members into the system and conduct outbound call programs to address member needs, as assigned. Process consumer loan applications and closings in accordance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. Enhance member experience by identifying and recommending additional lending opportunities and related products. Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls as scheduled, monitor activities, and remain adaptable to changes. Build meaningful relationships by participating in branch promotions and community initiatives, as assigned. Collaborate effectively within a team environment across all organizational levels. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: A passion for assisting individuals and the drive to cultivate relationships that help members achieve their financial goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Develop robust working relationships with colleagues and business line partners through collaboration. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Tenure: Financial Services Representative II, Category 14, requires six months of experience in the Financial Services Representative I, Category 15 position, and completion of training with performance that meets or exceeds expectations as outlined in the Performance Evaluation Plan. Relevant work experience and/or accelerated training completion may substitute for tenure.
Compensation
Salary Pay Range:
Financial Services Representative I (Category 15): $26.59 hourly Financial Services Representative II (Category 14): $29.12 hourly Senior Financial Services Representative (Category 13): $31.88 hourlyStarting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable, and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
