Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Revenue Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management and digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across our properties.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a challenging role that combines revenue management and digital marketing expertise. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive business growth and improve market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and digital marketing channels
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation to identify revenue opportunities
- Conduct daily analysis of revenue data, adjust pricing and inventory strategies as necessary
- Manage distribution channels to ensure optimal revenue and rate positioning
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages
- Execute content creation and briefing to creative agencies, ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and hotel positioning
- Drive the positioning and activation of F&B outlets on the local market
- Develop and implement local marketing activities to engage with locals and increase capture ratio from in-house guests
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to share contents and activities
- Implement brand direction on new websites, imagery, and content
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in revenue management and digital marketing within the hospitality industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in each field is required, along with operational knowledge of Opera Cloud. A proven track record of implementing successful revenue management and digital marketing strategies is essential.
Additional requirements include proficiency in revenue management and CRM software and tools, strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret complex data sets. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum-
