Armani Hotel Milano seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand its presence in key markets. As Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to achieve maximum revenue and budgeted targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Increase client base in all segments mainly in UK and Key European Countries through consistent sales and marketing activities to generate and boost revenues for the hotel.
  • Collaborate with DOSM to a corporate rate strategy for local accounts and RFP's for volume accounts.
  • Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
  • Achieve monthly targets as set by DOSM based on Monthly production report of live accounts and other specific targets as laid out by DOSM.
  • Track and focus on conversion to ensure hotel revenue objectives are impacted and achieved.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Applicants are required to have at least three to five years in a Sales Manager role or Sales Cluster experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Creative and innovative approach to sales activities.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English (and Italian preferred).
  • Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Opera.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position available immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
