With a global presence in over 80 countries and 5,000 retail locations, including more than 400 company-owned stores, Diesel is a truly international organization.

We are seeking an Intern to join the Wholesale Customer Service Europe Team at Diesel HQ in Breganze. This role involves supporting the Customer Service Team in overseeing the operational processes related to our portfolio and assisting the manager in tracking order processes from initiation to delivery. The intern will provide ongoing operational assistance to clients by liaising with the sales network across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing any inquiries related to product quality or delivery issues, coordinating with logistics and production teams.
  • Collaborating with the Finance department on credit management and billing tasks.
  • Maintaining a consistent and effective flow of communication with customers, sales personnel, and other business units.
  • Ensuring that all customer and colleague inquiries, requests, and issues are resolved promptly, delivering the highest level of service efficiency.
  • Working closely with various departments, particularly credit control, logistics, management control, and sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong skills in using essential Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
