About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Southwest Florida. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals
  • Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules
  • Record customer information in the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing
Requirements
  • Must live in SWFL
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients
  • Passion for providing superior customer service is highly desired
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages are advantageous
  • Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work on your own
What We Offer
