Transaction Coordinator Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in commercial real estate? We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team at LQ Commercial in Naples, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist with communication and outreach efforts, including data entry, updates, and pipeline management.
  • Qualify interested tenants and buyers, and prepare transactional documentation on behalf of our Managing Principal.
  • Provide lease reviews, abstracts, and basic financial analysis as needed.
  • Track assignment updates and update client communications, ensuring prompt and accurate information.
  • Respond to internal and external client requests for data and information, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Manage content for our Managing Principal's third-party profiles and social accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Process meeting requests, organize and oversee our Managing Principal's calendar, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Perform miscellaneous special project and administrative functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Two+ years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
  • Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license preferred (or willingness to obtain near-term).
  • Intermediate Microsoft and database management proficiencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and effectively prioritize deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
