We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Nova Milanese, Italy.
About the Role:- As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for driving financial results and supporting business growth.
- You will oversee Controlling activities, manage budgets, and ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
- Your expertise will be crucial in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving net working capital and cash flow.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Manage and execute Controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support senior management in making informed decisions through accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other controllers to investigate and correct operational/financial issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, and management reporting.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Solid Controlling background developed within multinational production companies.
- Strong business orientation, with past experience in contract manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in BI tools and MS Office.
- Able to understand both details and the big picture.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
The estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
