Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Technician role located in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and conducting computer repairs to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Ability to conduct Computer Repairs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+)
- Experience with IT asset management is a plus
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and fluent Italian language are mandatory. No visa sponsorship has been provided; only people in Italy with legal working rights should apply.
Benefits
We offer a regular Italian contract, no B2B or freelance contracts, and a competitive salary: €18,000 - €25,000 annually. Other benefits include supplementary salary: bonus annuale, maggiorazione lavoro festivo, maggiorazione lavoro notturno, quattordicesima. The work location is in-person.
Contract Details
Contract type: tempo determinato, contratto con partita IVA. Availability: Monday to Friday, night shift.
