Job Title: Commodity Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Leader to join our team at De' Longhi Appliances S.r.l. in a key role that will drive our purchasing strategy and ensure the best possible outcomes for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and improve quality
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize our competitive position
  • Lead and manage local buyers to achieve targets and foster a culture of engagement and motivation
  • Establish and maintain supplier specifications and measure conformance to specifications
  • Provide fact-based strategy and sourcing recommendations to support business decisions
Requirements:
