Amazon Global Selling Job Opportunity

Amazon Global Selling is seeking an Account Management Intern to support the launch and management of the Thriving Business Acceleration Mentorship (TBAM) program in Vietnam.

About the TBAM Program

The TBAM program is a 4-month course designed to serve 450 existing sellers in 1 year. This internship will provide hands-on experience in working with an established e-commerce platform, supporting the growth and development of existing seller businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop the course content and curriculum
  • Leverage understanding of sellers' businesses and needs to inform program design and materials
  • Track and monitor progress and results of TBAM program participants
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with existing sellers enrolled in the program
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency of the ESM team's operations
Basic Qualifications
  • Penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, technology or a related field
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months
  • Legally authorized to work in Vietnam
