Job Title: CRM Campaign Strategist

Come aboard our Genoa offices as a CRM Campaign Strategist and join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will bring a breath of innovation and an analytical approach to the management of Costa's campaigns. In particular, you will have a strategic impact on the Outbound channel in close collaboration with our Customer Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will steer outbound campaign planning, ensuring each initiative reaches its destination successfully.
  • Manage automated campaigns, creating and maintaining automated outbound flows, ensuring each message arrives at the right time.
  • Work with the campaign execution team and the Customer Center, defining the campaign brief and overseeing the entire process.
  • Gather strategic inputs, participating in recurring sharing meetings, collecting inputs on offers, promotions, and tactical needs from assigned markets and other corporate departments.
  • In collaboration with the DEM Campaign Manager, you will plan and manage DEMs directed at customers, maintaining consistency with the overall CRM strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in outbound campaign management.
  • Robust expertise in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, promoting an environment of open and transparent communication.
  • Fluency in English and a global mindset.
  • Excellence in teamwork, inspiring others to deliver their best.
