Job Description

Are you ready to take the helm of our CRM campaigns and steer them towards success? As a CRM Campaign Strategist at Carnival Corporation and plc, you will be responsible for planning and managing our outbound campaigns, ensuring each initiative reaches its destination successfully.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Customer Center team to define the campaign brief and oversee the entire process, from creation to execution. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will help you monitor and optimize customer portfolios, ensuring maintenance and evolution in line with our outbound service model and CRM strategies.

What You Will Do

  1. Steer outbound campaign planning, ensuring each initiative reaches its destination successfully.
  2. Manage automated campaigns, creating and maintaining automated outbound flows, ensuring each message arrives at the right time.
  3. Work with the campaign execution team and the Customer Center to define the campaign brief and oversee the entire process.
  4. Gather strategic inputs, participating in recurring sharing meetings, collecting inputs on offers, promotions, and tactical needs from assigned markets and other corporate departments.
  5. Collaborate with the DEM Campaign Manager to plan and manage DEMs directed at customers, maintaining consistency with our overall CRM strategy.

What You Will Need

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound campaign management.
  2. A strong academic background in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  3. Excellent communication skills, promoting an environment of open and transparent communication.
  4. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Teamwork skills, inspiring others to deliver their best.
