Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Search & Social Specialist to manage campaigns (Paid Search & Paid Social) and develop the best Search & Social Strategy for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively managing campaigns and reporting, collaborating with a group of Specialists and other departments to integrate Search & Social activities with other media activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective Search & Social strategies to drive business growth and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage Search & Social campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Participate in pre- and post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Keep and report periodically on the results achieved, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.

About You

  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social Campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large clients/big budget campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Team work skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, Tik Tok.
  • Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent business English.
