About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to lead our search activation efforts for a world-leading consumer health company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic direction for paid search across Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class paid search activation strategies
  • Drive outstanding performance through effective campaign execution and optimization
  • Grow and develop accounts, creating business cases to increase paid search investment
  • Implement and scale a test and learn model to continually improve search effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent client service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and activating high-volume paid search accounts
  • Advanced knowledge of bid management software, such as SA360, GA, and Adobe
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior clients
  • Demonstrable examples of driving excellence in paid search
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and fluency in Spanish is a plus
