Hotel Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Guest Services Manager to join our team at Russotti Gestioni Hotels S.P.A. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience during their stay with us.
The main functions of this position include:
- Managing all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the hotel's management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
- Working closely with the hotel's staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in hotel operations and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of hotel software systems and technology
- Experience in managing teams and leading by example
